Meal prep has always been something I couldn’t do consistently. There will be some weeks where I do it well and other weeks where I fall off completely. Enter Delicia. I was looking for a service but most of the big name providers are expensive and weren’t what I was looking for. Then it hit me to look locally and I came across Delicia. I’ve been using the service now for most of 2023 and I can say it’s been incredibly impactful to my life. First, the variety is great and there’s something for everyone. The menu rotates the perfect amount and there’s a perfect amount to select from every week. Not too little where you won’t find something you don’t want but also not too much where you’ll be stuck making a decision. And if there’s something you love, chances are, it’ll be back soon. The prices are also very reasonable, so you won’t break the bank. The meals span every kind of cuisine you can think of and are more than just rice and meat. They’re made with fresh and natural ingredients and I inadvertently confirmed this the hard way. I left a meal made with some dairy products in my fridge and it went bad pretty quickly, so if you’re keeping meals for a long time, make sure to put them in your freezer. There’s none of the nasty stuff that makes the food last forever and I promise this is a good thing. Another thing I’m bad at is tracking my meals and entering nutritional content. Delicia makes it easy as the nutrition facts are transparent and concise. If you want a meal plan, the convenience of precooked meals or just want to have some meals in your fridge/freezer to spare for a quick lunch, you gotta go with Delicia. You get superior food more conveniently and you’re supporting a local business.

I have been ordering meals from Delicia for about two years. I am pleased with the meals, the service, and the price. I appreciate that there are healthy choices and a calorie count for each meal. I have been with Delicia meal prep delivery for over one year. The food is consistently tasty and healthy. All deliveries are on time. I have been really happy. I also lost a bunch of weight eating her food. New dishes are frequently added. She uses biodegradable packaging. She answers all my questions right away. We’ve gotten catered lunch 2 times and both times, all of my coworkers really enjoy the food! I can honestly say they are our go to catering company for our lunches! I started using this service for the meal prep, however, I liked the food so much, I decided to give their catering a try for my place of work and I LOVE them even more now. They make menu planning so easy and personalize it perfectly to each event. We just had a St. Patrick’s day party and just take a look at the picture to see how what I’m talking about. They made us a corned beef sandwich bar, shepherd’s pie, savory bacon cheddar biscuits (from scratch), and green key lime parfaits (my absolute favorite)! I highly recommend both their meal prep and catering services. They are now my companies premier caterer.
